Educational Leadership (EdS)

To help students excel, you need excellent teachers. To develop excellent teachers, you need dedicated and supportive administrators. An Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Leadership from Webster University will prepare you to take on leadership positions and have a greater influence on your school and school system.

Building on your background in teaching, curriculum development and support services, this program offers perspectives on global techniques and advancements in education. It’s an ideal way to increase your knowledge and skills beyond the master’s level and earn an advanced degree while preparing for the state assessment.

You’ll learn how to expand the creative and analytical thinking skills of your students and teachers. You’ll find new inspiration for solving challenges. Perhaps most importantly, you’ll gain even more courage and confidence in creating environments that help students succeed.

Based on NCATE, DESE, ISLLC and ELCC requirements, our Ed.S. is offered with three areas of emphasis: educational leadership, school systems superintendency and leadership and technology leadership.

If you’re committed to making a difference at every level of education, apply now.
