International relations increasingly affects every aspect of our lives — business, politics, education and the environment, for starters. With campuses in eight countries on four different continents, we have a history of offering students a deeper global perspective. As you pursue a Global Master of Arts (GMA) in International Relations from Webster University, you’ll analyze the complexities and processes involved in world politics and international affairs while moving to five different cities in Europe and Asia.
This 11-month, full-time program includes traditional coursework as well as a professional seminar component, where you’ll integrate classroom material with your living experience in different nations, interactions with local people, and field visits.
Throughout the year, you will explore key issues of international relations — from globalization and human rights to humanitarian action and economic development — and visit international organizations, like the International Criminal Court and the United Nations Office at Geneva. All courses are taught in English, and our experienced staff assists you in coordinating your housing needs.
Graduates with a GMA in International Relations are ideal candidates for positions within a governmental agency, an intergovernmental organization, NGO or MNC.
